SHIPPING POLICY

These are our postal guidelines:

UK – 3-5 WORKING Days

EUROPE – 10 WORKING Days

ROW will of course take longer and most countries vary

Please understand that weekends are not classed as working days.

Please also note Bank & Public Holidays will delay deliveries in certain countries and of course delays are experienced during the busy Christmas period delivery when it’s always going to take a few days longer.

Nobody likes waiting for parcels (ourselves included), we know that. We will always endeavour to offer a fast and reliable service where we can but sometimes delays and hold ups can take place.

Please do NOT use social media networks to ask about an order as it’s not the correct form of contact. Please only contact us via email

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returned items must be in their original condition and returned to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returned items must be unused and in the relevant packaging where ever possible. Garment labels should not be removed. Except in the case of incorrectly supplied or faulty goods, where your statutory rights apply.

Returned goods will be exchanged or refunded (minus the delivery cost and any other relevant costs incurred).

The same conditions apply to sale goods.

*Please note – mark returned packages as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ – this helps us avoid unnecessary customs charges and speeds up the returns process
